Hill officiating. Burial follows at Athens Cemetery. Mr. Anderson died Jan. 16, 2003. He was born April 21, 1929, at Ada to Morris and Elizabeth Colbert Anderson. He attended Napier school. He married Carrie Anderson in April 1952. She preceded him in death. He married Abbie Hayes in May 1993. Mr. Hayes was a veteran of the Korean conflict, serving in the U.S. Army. He was employed at the Social Services Center and was also self-employed. He was affiliated with Reaper Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge, becoming an ordained minister in 1988. He had returned to Ada in 2002 from Fairfax. Survivors include his wife, Abbie Anderson, Ada; a daughter, Jannice Williams, Ada; a son, Morris Anderson, Ada; two sisters, Edith Anderson, Ada, and Ovella Bowlegs, San Francisco, Calif.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Atchley was a retired lumberyard foreman. He had also worked as a summer employee at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was affiliated with Dougherty Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Shepard. Mr. Solomon died Jan. 27, 2003. He was born July 27, 1921, at Vanoss to Carl and Delia Solomon. He was raised in Pontotoc County. Mr. Solomon served in the U.S. Air Corps in New Guinea and The Philippines during World War II. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1948 and for the next 13 years he served as an agricultural extension agent at Frederick and Altus. In 1961, he became assistant director and later executive director of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. Prior to his retirement in 1985, he wrote a book on soil and water conservation in Oklahoma and frequently spoke nationally about Oklahoma's upstream flood control program. Mr. Solomon served six years as chairman of the Oklahoma Mining Commission and also served as state coordinator for Oklahoma's Eldercare Committee. He married Louise Vaden June 4, 1942, at Yuma, Ariz. Mr. Bundy had been a Seminole resident for 54 years. He was a member of First Christian Church of Seminole where he served as deacon. He was also a member of the Bass Club and a former member of the Bowling League in Seminole. He was veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force and was stationed in Corsica during World War II. Mr. Dockrey died Jan. 25, 2003, at a local hospital. He was born Dec. 11, 1922, at Calvin to Elmer and Jenny Avery Dockrey. He attended school at Calvin. He married Mildred Maroon in 1946. She died June 21, 1994, at Seminole. He married Reva Carter on Oct. 16, 1996. Mr. Dockrey served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War, before retiring after 31 years. He was a Mason for 51 years. He is preceded in death by a son, Elmer Leon Dockrey. Survivors include his wife, Reva Dockrey; a son, Jimmy Dockrey, Calvin; two daughters, Connie Louise Day, Calvin, and Roberta Johnson, Irving, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She attended school at Elmore City. She married Melton Dunn Oct. 19, 1928. He died Sept. 17, 1960. Mrs. Dunn worked for Dr. Haugen as a housekeeper for 25 years. She was affiliated with Oak Avenue Baptist Church and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1955. She is preceded in death by her husband and a grandson. Survivors include a daughter, Helen Summers, Roff; a son, Donald M. Dunn, Ardmore; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 26 great-great- grandchildren. He was born Aug. 30, 1942, at Albany, N.Y., to Waldo Pitt and Edith Rose Bell Handy. He attended school in St. Louis, Mo. He attended Southwestern Junior College at Oklahoma City and LaBette Community College at Parsons, Kan. He married Shirley Ann Hurley Dec. 21, 1973, at Oklahoma City. Mr. Handy served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was retired from the military and was currently employed in the maintenance department of Hi-Tec in Ad. He came to Ada three years ago after frequent travel with the military. He was Protestant. He was a graduate of Fitzhugh High School and attended East Central University. He married Juanita Harber May 1, 1946, at Sherman, Texas. Mr. McNeill was an electrician at Ideal Cement Company, retiring in 1987 after 40 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II. He was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church, the International Order of Odd Fellows and Good Sams. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Marveen Harber McNeill, of the home; two sons, Don Richard McNeill and Bart McNeill, both of Ada; a daughter, Donnetta Sue Williams, Ada; a brother, Charles McNeill, Fort Smith, Ark.; a sister, Dora Barden, McKinney, Texas; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He married Virginia "Kathy" Woodruff on June 2, 1989, at Eureka Springs, Ark. He was raised around the Saint Paul area and lived there until moving to Davis in 1994. He was self employed as a railroad demolitionist in Davis and attended Faith Center Church of Sulphur. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Murphy, of the home; four sons, Phillip Anthony Murphy, of the home, Christopher Lynn Murphy, Ada, Christopher Alan Murphy, Liberty, N.C., and Richard Phillip Murphy Jr., Stark, Kan.; four daughters, Sarah Mae Murphy, of the home, Cynthia Jeanne Marnell, Mayfield, Ky., Cheryl Lynn Smith, Saint Paul, and Tammy Lynn Marnell, Mesquite, Texas; a brother, Mike Murphy, Old Bridge, N.J.; three sisters, Patty Ast and Susan Wetta, both of Wichita, Kan., and Marilyn Wooster, Topeka, Kan.; and 12 grandchildren. Mr. Page died Jan. 28, 2003, at Holdenville. He was born Feb. 18, 1911, at Ranger, Ark., to A.A. and May Wilson Page. He moved to Holdenville at the age of four, where he remained for the rest of his life. He married Beulah Brown June 29, 1929, at Holdenville. She died November 1987. Mr. Page worked in the construction industry with several different companies. He is preceded in death by a son, Doyle Page in 1988. Survivors include two sons, Danny Page, Edmond, and Don Page, Ada; four grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
