He married Alyene Johnston at Coalgate. He attended school at Globe, north of Centrahoma, and was a farmer and rancher, and a bus driver for Centrahoma and Coalgate schools. He retired in 1990. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Amie Stockton, Stella Sablan and Flora Walker; and five brothers, Robert Tomlinson, Axley Tomlinson, Frank Thomas, George Thomas and T.C. Linson. Mr. Attebery married Judy Henson April 16, 1960, at El Reno. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1955. He moved to this area in 1970 and lived in the Francis area most of his life. He was employed with Frisco Railroad, as a telegrapher, agent and later as clerk and dispatcher for Quanah Acme and Pacific Railroad. He retired from Burlington Northern-Sante Fe Railroad after 43 years. Mr. Attebery was a member of the Francis United Methodist Church and later was affiliated with the Francis First Baptist Church. He was a Past Master in 2003 with the Ada Masonic Lodge 119, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and served with the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma for the Prevent Blindness for Children Program. Mr. Attebery served in the National Guard. "Papy" Green Oct. 2, 1970. He died in 1982. Ms. Green moved to Ada in 1980, from Florida, and back to Florida in 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Lutheran Church, Ada. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Herbert Yates and Kenneth Yates; and two sisters, Ruth Cruz and Geraldine Ferrera. She was born Oct. 24, 1914, at Kiowa, to W. H. and Laura Belle Shaw Williams. She graduated from McAlester High School in 1933. She married Ottie H. Free Oct. 25, 1942, at Reno, Nev. He died Jan. 30, 2005. They moved to this area in 1946 from McAlester. Mrs. Free was a homemaker, was a Cub Scout den mother and Girl Scout leader, a volunteer at Valley View Regional Hospital for more than 20 years, and a longtime active member of the First Baptist Church, Ada. She was preceded in death by a stepson, Hugh Free. He served in the United States Army during World War II and later worked as a shipper for the Brockway Glass Company before retiring in 1980 after 35 years of employment. He was born Jan. 21, 1929, at Maud to Herman Grady and Arzella Jewell Houck Hoppe. He attended Maud schools and graduated from Goodwell High School. He married Lura Jean Calhoon on June 8, 1947. They moved to this area in 1969 from Farmington, N.M. Mr. Hoppe was an oil field driller and later self employed in the oilfield rental industry until his retirement. Mrs. Calvert was a homemaker, and a longtime active member of Central Church of Christ. She taught Bible class at the church for many years. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Oma Reynolds and Augusta Scott. Survivors include her husband Bob Calvert, of the home; one daughter, Linda Peterson and husband David, Arlington, Texas; two sons, David Calvert and wife Sue, Oklahoma City, and Rod Calvert, Henderson, Nev.; a niece, Mary Green and husband Bill, Greenville, Texas; five grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Danielson died Feb. 24, 2006, at a local nursing home. She was born Feb. 27, 1911, at Superior, Wisc., to Michael C. and Anna C. Christianson. She attended school at Wisconsin Central High School, Superior, graduating in 1929. She received a bachelor's degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and her master's education in 1959. She married Hjalmer Danielson June 19, 1935. He died August, 1994. Mrs. Danielson was a homemaker and very active in her church and civic organizations. She was a member of various social and civic organizations, which over the years included her church circles, music groups, and community choirs at Rice Lake, Durant, and Sherman, the Fortnightly Club, her PEO chapter, the Deborah Circle, various literature clubs, sang in the churches and worked for the Community Concert Series at Rice Lake and Denison. She supported, and was active in aspects of her husband's involvement with the Masons, Elks, Kiwanis, and other various civic and business activities. Over the years, she lived at Superior, Lake Nebagamon, and Rice Lake Wisconsin, Durant, Thompson Heights and Denison and Sherman, Texas. During World War II, she maintained homes in Denison, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, and Pottsville and Deer Lake, Penn., before returing to their home in Wisconsin. From 2004 until August, 2005 she resided at Sherman, when she moved to Ada to be near her son, Jerry, and his family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, John Christianson; and a sister, Eleanor. Survivors include three sons, Mike "Rip" Danielson and wife Amy, Hammett, Idaho, Tim Danielson, Malakoff, Texas, and Jerry Danielson and wife Carolyn, Ada; seven grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; three sisters; and 21 nieces and nephews. Mr. Hensley owned and operated Oklahoma Optical, Ada, from 1945 until 1972. He also owned Oklahoma Optical branches in Ardmore and Denton, Texas. Mr. Hensley was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church, Ada, and taught Sunday school for 50 years. During World War II, he provided the U. S. Navy at Corpus Christi, Texas, with glasses and trained naval observers with techniques to identify enemy planes. Mr. and Mrs. Hensley spent winters at McAllen, Texas, for 26 years after retirement. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Kay Vandewalker in 1994; and three brothers.
