All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Memorial Park Cemetery--Ada OK JACK BUNYARD ADA - Services for Jack Bunyard, 90, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dr. Rusty Fuller will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Bunyard died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, at a local nursing home. He was born June 25, 1917, at Roff to William Lee and Annie Laura Beauchamp Bunyard. He married Jewel Phillips Roddy on Aug. 28, 1948. She died July 5, 1977. Mr. Bunyard attended Roff schools. He was a mechanic for Richardson Buick for several years and later retired from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation as a mechanic. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include a daughter, Geneva Johnson and husband J.R., Ada; a son, Phillip Roddy, Houston, Texas; two sisters, Louise Tyler, Wagoner, and Edith Taylor, Houston, Texas; six grandchildren, Nikki Rupe and husband Jerry, Irving, Texas, Kaye Ely, Ada, Leisa Austin and husband David, Palm Desert, Calif., Richy Johnson and wife Kathy, Ada, Dianne Bingamon and husband Dobber, Ada, and Carolyn Roddy, Shawnee; six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bearers will be Jack Bunyard, Steve Bunyard, Richy Johnson, Dobber Bingamon, Steve Ely, and Brandon Moore.
