All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery--OKC OK FAY PRATZ ADA - Services for Fay LaFern Gay Pratz, 89, Ada, are 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007, at First Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Revs. Robert Ware, Darryl DeBorde and Carl Hayes will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City. Mrs. Pratz was born in Kingman, Ark., on July 5, 1918, to Enoch and Grace Andrews Gay. She graduated from Morris (Okla.) High School in 1930. She married Charlie Pratz on Sept. 14, 1949, in St. Petersburg, Fla. He died Feb. 5, 2000. They moved to Oklahoma City in 1949 and lived there until 1962. There, she was an active member of Putnam City Baptist Church. In 1962, they moved to Tulsa and opened up Charlie's Donut Shop and she was an active member of White City Baptist Church. In 1996, they moved to Ada. She was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Sanford, Ada; three grandchildren, Larry Sanford and wife Jean, Edmond, DeeAnn Schroyer and husband Richard, Shawnee, and Judy Sanford, Dallas; five great- grandchildren, Shannon Schoonover and husband Marc, Oklahoma City, Kelly Dies, Oklahoma City, Haley Dies, Oklahoma City, and Sarah Brown and husband Matthew, Chicago, Ill, and Lacey Sanford, Stillwater; two great-great-grandchildren, Aston and Collin Schoonover, Oklahoma City; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Lance Schroyer and wife Andrea, Kiefer, Okla., and Jill Zellmer and husband Doug, Alaska; and four stepgreat-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie; her son-in-law, Dean Sanford; twin brother, Fred; brothers Chris and Boley Gay; and sister, Glaydce O'Neal. Bearers will be Jack Martin, Billy Ringwald, Glenn McKinley, Ronnie Bates, Bobby Nester and Ken Hancock. Honorary bearers will be Dean Rinehart, Wesley Rinehart, Leslie Rinehart and Thurman Rinehart.
