He was born July 1, 1929 in Ada, OK to William Owen & Ocie Babb (Correl) Huffines. Bill proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. In his younger years, Bill loved to rodeo and was proud to have rodeoed with Slim Pickins. He also enjoyed coaching his grandsons' little league sporting activities. During his working years, Bill was skilled in the truck body repair, and worked for City Springs. Preceded in death by his wife, Helen Emogene (Rodgers) Huffines; and his parents. He is survived by his children and their spouses: Sandra & Rick Rice of OKC; Barbara & Larry Cook of OKC, Vicki & Paul Lemmings of OKC, Billy & Nancy Huffine of OKC, Corky & Patrice Huffine of OKC, Kenneth & Debbe Huffine of Bridgecreek; C.W. Huffine of Yukon, Jerry & Tina Huffine of OKC, and Larry Huffine, also of OKC; brother, Earl & Jeannie Huffines of Edmond; grandchildren: Sheila & Rocky Schiffman, Mike Geiger, Anthony & Pam Lemmings, Jason Rice, Bryce Huffine, Steven & Melanie Wilson, Mesha & Kevin Sparks, Lance Huffine, Carl Wayne Huffine, Rebekah Huffine, Brandon Huffine, Billi Huffine, Amanda Lemmings, Ashlee Huffine, Seth Huffine, Skylor Huffine, Justin Huffine, Cody Huffine, Andrew Huffine, and Erick Huffine; great grandchildren: Devon 'Bull' Schiffman, Tyffani, Lance Huffine, Jr., Maci Wilson, Mitzie Ann Sparks, and Bailey McKinnon.
