Kelton MULESHOE - Beulah C. Kelton, 91, of Mena, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000. Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hall Memorial Chapel in Mena with the Rev. Ben Finley and Billy Dunahoo, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery in Muleshoe with the Rev. Bobby Burris, pastor of Texico Assembly of God Church, officiating. Mrs. Kelton was born in Oakman, Okla., and lived in Mena the past five years. Prior to moving to Mena she lived in Forney. She was a cafe owner and caretaker of the elderly. In Mena she was a member of Yokana Baptist Church and the Mena Rebekah Lodge. During the 1950s, Mrs. Kelton lived in the Circleback and Muleshoe area. She married William "Bill" Kelton who died in 1955. She also was preceded in death by a son, Murle Kelton. Survivors include a daughter, Pauline Harper of Mena, Ark.; a sister, Ruby Davidson of St. Cloud, Fla.; four grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
