Loman Elmo Spencer Loman, 79, of Yuba City died April 26, 2004, at his residence. Born in Ada, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 16 years. He was a retired conductor for the Southern Pacific Railroad after 33 years of service. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Leila Loman of Yuba City; three sons, John Loman of Sacramento, Richard Collett of Yuba City and Randy Collett of Wheatland; a sister, Lee Trout of Albuquerque, N.M.; and five grandchildren. Services: No services will be held.
