Graveside service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Greenwood Cemetery in Greenwood. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, Coker Funeral Home in Decatur. Marjorie was born May 29, 1933, in Ada, Okla. Her family moved to Texas in the 1940s. She graduated from Texas Wesleyan College with a B.S. in elementary education and gave up a teaching career to become a full-time wife and mother. She was a member of Handley Baptist Church, where she married Tom Maxwell Sept. 2, 1955. She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew; and her mother and father Survivors: Husband, Tom of Fort Worth; sons, Jeff and his wife, Kelly of Greenwood, Tracy and wife, Julie of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Jeremy, Emily and Zachary, all of Greenwood; sister, Anita Hyden and husband, James of Arlington; brother, Belton Parker and wife, Kathy of Aledo; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
