All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Santa Paula Cemetery--Santa Paula CA Padgett, Donna Lee Donna Lee Padgett, a longtime resident of Santa Paula, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007. She was a Ventura County resident for 65 years. Donna was born Feb. 28, 1937, in Stonewall, Okla. She was a Ventura County resident for 65 years. Donna retired from the Santa Paula Elementary School District, where she was a cafeteria manager. She loved gardening, camping, gambling and playing bonco-bingo, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Violet Robbins; grandmother Pearl Anderson; sister, Sherry Ashwood; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Dagmar Robbins. She is survived by her brother, Beauford (wife Dena) Robbins of Gila, Ariz.; children, Debbie (husband Jaime) Mitchell of Kiwa, Okla., Karen (husband Ron) Welch of Bakersfield, Calif., James (wife Linda) Robbins of Mariposa, Calif., Joyce (husband Ron) Kelly of Santa Paula, Ray (wife Brenda) Padgett of Santa Paula; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; longtime friend, Carolyn Steelsmith; and numerous friends. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11 at Skillin- Carroll Mortuary, 738 E. Santa Paula St., Santa Paula. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, with burial to follow at Pierce Bros. Santa Paula Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Stetler Mortuary, 128 S. Eighth St., Santa Paula; phone 805-525-5595.
