Tucson Citizen, Tucson AZ

Smith, Lori, Oro Valley, Arizona-Services for Lori Smith, 30, Oro 
Valley are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Chapel in Ada, 
Oklahoma. Ms. Smith died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at a Tucson 
hospital. Ms. Smith was the daughter of Hicks Avery Smith, III and 
Debbra Martin Smith of Oro Valley. Ms. Smith was the receptionist for 
her father's Farmers Insurance Agency in Tucson. Criswell Funeral 
Home, Ada, Oklahoma.
