All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::East Lawn Palms Cemetery--Tucson AZ Tucson Citizen, Tucson AZ Bertha Mae Williams was born June 27, 1929 in Ada, Oklahoma and passed away November 21, 2004 in Tucson. She came to Arizona in 1967 as a kindergarten teacher, teaching on the Navajo Reservation in Tuba City and Ganado for almost 25 years before retiring to the White Mountains in Show Low. She moved to Tucson in 1997 to share her life with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, John (Peggy) and Jim (Meg), brother, Raymond (Ann) Wilmoth, and her grandchildren, Nick, Victoria, Kaitlynn and Jack. She was a devout Southern Baptist her entire life, and her faith in God always acted as her guide and comfort in this life. She was loved and cherished by her family and will be greatly missed. She will be interred in a private ceremony in TMP East Lawn. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E.
