All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Evergreen Cemetery--Tucson AZ Hitt, Frank Murry Frank Murry Hitt of Marana, returned to the Lord September 8th, 2007, on the birth date of his first born, Beverly Marie. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah L. Hitt-Fischer (Gregg A.) of Las Vegas, NV, and son, Raymond B. Hitt (Loretta M.) of Tucson; sisters, E. Maurine Wentz of Tucson, and Betty S. Gilliam of Cookville, TN, and brother, H.B. Pete Hitt of Tucson; grandchildren, Dustin A. Sharpensteen of Panhandle, TX, Brandon E. Hitt, Velvet M. Griffin, and Rachel A. Hitt all of Tucson. His father, Harry moved the Hitt family from Ada, OK to Marana in 1937. Frank attended school at Marana High, and served in the military as a Marine. He retired from the U.S. Border Patrol as an Immigration Inspector in 1979. Frank loved his family and country, and the serenity of the Arizona desert. Especially dear to him were his grandchildren and his family history. The Viewing will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. EVERGREEN MORTUARY with Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m., followed by graveside military committal at EVERGREEN MORTUARY & CEMETERY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile.
