All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Albion Cemetery--Albion OK Marlow Review 15 Sep 2005 Darwood Walter Boatman, 86, of Tuskahoma, passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2005, at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina. Services were held Friday, Sept. 9, at Glory Hill Assembly of God in Ice, with the Rev. Larry Womack officiating. Burial was at Albion Cemetery in Albion. Darwood was born July 21, 1919, in Cisco, Texas, to the late Luther B. and Dissie (Edwards) Boatman. He was married to Ruby (Shores) Boatman on July 23, 2000, in Eureka Springs, Ark. Darwood was an oilfield driller. He attended Glory Hill Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife Ruby, of the home; four sons, Tommy Boatman of Bray, Jesse Boatman of Firth, Germany, Kenneth Clagg of Tuskahoma, and Jimmy Clagg of Clayton; and a daughter, Connie Scarberry of Antlers. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 60 great- grandchildren, 11 great- great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four daughters, Levita Clagg, Peggy Ponder, Edith Delaney and Cletus Jay Boatman.
