All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== CLARENCE BOHANNAN Published on June 18, 1996 The Santa Rosa Press Democrat Clarence "Tiney" Bohannan, a truck driver for 20 years with A & B Markets in Santa Rosa, died Thursday at his Santa Rosa home of cancer. Bohannan, 79, worked for his brother and brother-in-law, Bill Bohannan and Andrew "Andy" Wolfe, who owned the markets. He was born in Dale, Okla. He came to Santa Rosa from Shawnee, Okla., in 1957. He enjoyed working with wood, building bird houses and other structures. He worked on cars. And he also liked country music. He was a member of the Teamsters Union. Bohannan is survived by his wife, Dorothy "Sue" Bohannan of Santa Rosa; daughters, Myra Bohannan of Santa Rosa, and Kathy Cardenas of San Gabriel; sisters, Dorothy Horvath of Napa, and Hazel Wolfe of San Diego; brothers, John Bohannan of Norfolk, Va., and James Bohannan of Oliverhurst near Yuba City; and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Daniels Chapel of the Roses in Santa Rosa. Burial will be at Santa Rosa Memorial Park.
