Oma Augusta Hakencamp

BORGER - Oma Augusta Hakencamp, 94, of Shawnee, Okla., a former Borger 
resident, died Sunday, May 18, 1997.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors 
Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist 
Church, officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn 
Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hakencamp was born in Wann, Okla. She lived in Borger for 46 years before 
moving to Shawnee in 1986. She owned and operated Hakencamp Greenhouse for 20 
years. She was a member of First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hakencamp, in 1960; and a son, 
Howard Douglas Hakencamp, in 1996.

Survivors include a daughter, Arkle Anderson of Shawnee; 15 grandchildren; 14 
great-grandchildren; and three greatgreat-grandchildren.
