Lugafet, of Macomb, OK, born into this world on October 17, 1945, passed into the loving arms of his Lord Jesus Christ in the morning hours of Thursday, November 18, 2004, to his Heavenly home to be a beautiful angel and to be with God, after a courageous battle with cancer. A loving tenderhearted son, brother, uncle, and loyal friend, he will be missed greatly. Mike attended Journey Church in Norman, OK, and he loved the Lord with all his heart. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 20, 2004, at the First Southern Baptist Church, 8600 S. Sooner Road, OKC, in the Fellowship Hall of the Education Building. He loved his family and friends; he enjoyed working his Designer Curbs business, was hard working, and very successful in anything he encountered. Mike graduated high school at Northeast High and afterwards served in the United States Air Force. Mike is able once again to embrace the love of his mother, Mary Jane Lugafet and father Meltros Lugafet; brother, Donald M. Lugafet and sister Jody Yvonne Snodgrass all deceased. He is survived by his sister Pauline Ohadi of Norman, his brothers Dewayne and wife Judy, and Leroy Raines and wife Fran all of Oklahoma City. Mike loved his nieces very much, Lisa and Jordyn Calhoun, Sherine Price, Karla Oxinar, and Halley, and deceased Teresa Raines. Mike loved his nephews Don Lugafet and wife Karen, Tony Lugafet and wife Becky, Daren Lugafet and wife LeAnna, and Lance Lugafet and wife Shannon, and John Lugafet, and Ryan Lugafet and wife Christine. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him and loved him.
