Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with Mike Kerns, great-nephew, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Phillips was born in Bowie. She lived in Amarillo with her sister, Bernice, for 45 years. She moved to Country Club Manor four years ago. She worked in the restaurant business most of her life. She worked at Herring Hotel Coffee Shop 30 years, Capitol Hotel Coffee Shop for 30 years, Blackstone Cafe and Western Bowl. She retired at age 85. She worked as a sitter many years. She was preceded in death by a son, Bob Phillips; and nine brothers and sisters. Survivors include two sisters, Willie Dee Bryant of Tecumseh, Okla., and Bernice Shemwell of Amarillo; a brother, Frank Hall of San Antonio; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
