Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with Glen Williams of Muleshoe and Spurgeon Phipps of Cortez, Colo., officiating. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home. Mr. Williams was born in St. Louis, Okla., and moved to Bailey County in 1929. He was a pilot and farmer, and from 1966 until 1998 he owned and operated Buffalo Farms in the Stegall Community. He was a member of the American Bonanza Airplane Society and the Texas Wheat Growers Association and served on the Three Way School Board and the Bailey County Tax Equalization Board. He was a Baptist. He married Mildred Phipps in 1941 at Stegall.
