Come your petitioner MARTIN BOHANAN and respectfully show to the Court: First: That on or about the _________ day of February 1903 NARCISSA BEN nee BOHANAN died intestate, at her home near Nashoba in what is now Pushmataha County in County Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of her death was a real resident of what is now Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and that this Court has jurisdiction in the settlement of the said estate. That the deceased at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Atoka County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was allotted to her as a full blood Choctaw Indian and that the said real estate so allotted to her is described as follows, to-wit: The N 1/2 of N E 1/4 of Section 31. And the S 1/2 of SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36. Township 3 S and Range 10 E and the W 1/2 of W 1/2 of NE 1/4 of section 12 township 4 S and Range 10 E. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite Roll No 5584 Second. That your petitioner MARTIN BOHANAN is a nephew of the deceased and EMMA LUDLOW and ALICE ISAACS are sister of the deceased and that they together with your petitioner are the sole and only heirs at law of the said NARCISSA BEN nee BOHANAN subject to the Life Estate of JAMES BEN husband of the said NARCISSA BOHANAN deceased. Your petitioner further show that on the 6th day of October in the town of Antlers in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum Three Hundred Dollars cash in hand to him paid by J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH one certain warranty Deed, conveying unto the said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH the real estate above described, in fee simple. That the consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner pray that this court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said and in all things declare the said sale and conveyance legal and legal and valid. Signed MARTIN BOHANAN. STATE OF OKLAHOMA SS County of Pushmataha In the County Court of Said County and State In the matter of the estate of NARCISSA BEN NEE BOHANAN Deceased. ORDER Now on this 6th day of October 1913 comes MARTIN BOHANAN and fiels and presents to the court his petition, praying for an order of the court approving and confirming a certain deed of conveyance executed by him to J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH. on the 6th day of October 1913, to the following described real estate, to-wit: hi Interest in the following Land. The N 1/2 of N E 1/4 of Section 31. And the S 1/2 of SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36. Township 3 S and Range 10 E and the W 1/2 of W 1/2 of NE 1/4 of section 12 township 4 S and Range 10 E. And the court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised the premises, finds that one NARCISSA BEN NEE BOHANAN, a full blood Choctaw Indian, who appears upon the roll of Choctaws by blood, opposite Roll No. 5584, and a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the day of February 1903, died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which lands were allotted to her by the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and conveyed to her by allotment and homestead patent, and that the said NARCISSA BEN NEE BOHANAN was at the time of her death the owner, in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that the said petitioner is a nephew of the said NARCISSA BEN NEE BOHANAN and he together with EMMA LUDLOW a sister and ALICE ISAACS a sister of the Deceased are the sole and only heirs at law of the said NARCISSA BEN NEE BOHANAN deceased. And that your petitioner MARTIN BOHANAN is entitled to inherit a 1/3 Interest in the above described lands subject to Life Estate of JAMES BEN husband. The court further finds that on the 6th day of October 1913, the said petitioner executed to J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH for and in consideration of the sum of $300.00 Three Hundred Dollars, cash in hand, to him paid one certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the petitioner and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable, adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner and finds further that the said conveyance of the said real estate to the said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH should be in all things approved and confirmed. IT IS, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, That the said conveyance of the said described lands by Warranty Deed dated the 6th day of October 1913 from the said petitioner to the said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH heirs and assigns, be and is hereby in all thing approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid. Dated this the 6th day of October 1913 at Antlers County of Pushmataha Oklahoma. J. P.
