PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF FULL BLOOD DEED Comes now your petitioner JINCY ANDERSON NEE TULLEY, and would respectfully show to the Court; that she is a full Blood adult Choctaw Indian, duly enrolled on the approved final rolls of Choctaw Indians by blood opposite roll number 11366; That said ELLIS BOHANON, deceased, was a full Blood Choctaw Indian duly enrolled on the approved final roll of Choctaw Indians by blood opposite roll number 5511; That said ELLIS BOHANON, died intestate at his home near Sardis, in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma on April 27th, 1910; the same being the permanent residence of said ELLIS BOHANON, at the time of his death; That this Court has jurisdiction of the settlement of the estate; That deceased, at the time of his death was the owner of certain real estate located in Haskell County, Oklahoma, which was allotted to him as a member of the Choctaw tribe of Indians, described as follows to-wit: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter and Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter and Southeast Quarter, of Southwest Quarter of Section (33) Township (8) North, Range (20) East of the Indian Base and Meridian. That said ELLIS BOHANON, deceased left surviving him as his sole heirs at law the following persons bearing relationship to said deceased as follows to-wit: NAME. RELATIONSHIP TO DECEDENT. SUSAN BOHANON Wife JINCY ANDERSON NEE TULLEY Daughter ROBERT BOHANON Son SIMPSON BOHANON Son GREEN BOHANON Son WILSON BOHANON Son WESLEY BOHANON Son MATILDA BOHANON Daughter That on the 21st day of May 1915, for and in consideration of the sum of $75.00, to her cash in hand paid the receipt of which amount is hereby acknowledged, JINCY ANDERSON NEE TULLEY, executed and delivered to FRED COTTON, her certain warranty deed conveying to the said FRED COTTON, all her right, title and interest the same being an undivided one-eighth interest in and to said real estate above described; that the consideration in said deed is more than the U. S. Government appraised value, and is reasonable, adequate and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. Wherefore, your petitioner prays that this Court make and enter an order in all things approving and confirming said deed. ORDER APPROVING FULL BLOOD DEED Now on this the 8th, day of June 1915, the same being on Tuesday, and one of the regular days established by the Court for the hearing of petitions for approval of Full Blood Deeds; There comes on for hearing the petition of JINCY ANDERSON, NEE TULLEY, dated the 8th day of June, 1915, and filed in this Court, praying for an order of the Court approving her certain warranty deed dated May 21, 1915, wherein she conveyed to FRED COTTON, all her right, title and interest the same being an undivided one-eighth interest in and to the following described real estate located in Haskell County, Oklahoma to-wit: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter and Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter and Southeast Quarter, of Southwest Quarter of Section (33) Township (8) North, Range (20) East of the Indian Base and Meridian. And in said petition it is set out that ELLIS BOHANON, died at his home near Sardis, in Pushmataha county, Oklahoma, on April 27, 1910; that deceased at the time of his death had his permanent residence in said Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and this Court therefore has jurisdiction of the settlement of his estate; That at the time of his death he was the owner of the land above described; That said deceased was a Full Blood Choctaw Indian, duly enrolled as such opposite roll number 5511, on the approved final roll of Choctaw Indians by blood . That at the time of his death he left as his sole and only surviving heirs at law the following named persons bearing the relationship to him as follows to-wit: NAME. RELATIONSHIP TO DECEDENT. SUSAN BOHANON Wife JINCY ANDERSON NEE TULLEY Daughter ROBERT BOHANON Son SIMPSON BOHANON Son GREEN BOHANON Son WILSON BOHANON Son WESLEY BOHANON Son MATILDA BOHANON Daughter The said petitioner appearing by the Court in person and upon consideration of said petition, from the testimony given in said cause by disinterested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds, that the said JINCY ANDERSON, NEE TULLEY, is the daughter and one of the heirs at law of the said ELLIS BOHANON, deceased; that she inherited an undivided one-eighth interest in and to the lands above described. That the said JINCY ANDERSON, NEE TULLEY, joined by her husband W. E. ANDERSON, executed to FRED COTTON, her certain warranty deed as above set out wherein she conveyed to the said FRED COTTON, all her right, title and interest in and to said land for and in consideration of $75.00, cash in hand to her paid by the said FRED COTTON; That said deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the said petitioner; That the consideration for the same was fully paid; That the same was reasonable, adequate and wholly satisfactory to the petitioner and that the said conveyance of said real estate should be in all things approved and confirmed. It is therefore by the Court considered, ordered, adjudged and declared that the said deed from the said JINCY ANDERSON NEE TULLEY, to the said FRED COTTON, his heirs and assigns be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed and declared legal and valid.
