P. Davenport, Judge of the County Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma. Comes now your petitioner ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR and respectfully shows to the Court: That NARCISSA BOHANAN, a Choctaw by Blood, Roll No. 5584, died intestate, leaving her surviving her sisters ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR, petitioner herein and EMMA LUDLOW and MARTIN BOHANAN a child and only heir of her deceased sister ELIZABETH BOHANAN; that at the time of her death said deceased was a resident of that portion of the Indian Territory now included within the County of Pushmataha State of Oklahoma, and was the owner of a full allotment of land. That your petitioner is a full blood Choctaw Indian; that on the 7th day of January, 1910, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars your petitioner executed and delivered to J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH, subject to approval by this court, her Warranty conveying to said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH all of her right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, to wit: An undivided one third interest in and to the N 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36; the N 1/2 of NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 10 East; the W 1/2 of W 1/2 of NE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 East; The SE1/4 of SW 1/4 (less 6.44 acres occupied by Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company); the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4; the S 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 10 East. That the consideration of said deed was reasonable, adequate and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. Wherefore, premises being considered, your petitioner prays the Court to enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance of the real estate to the said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. STATE OF OKLAHOMA PUSHMATAHA COUNTY In the matter of the approval of the deed of ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR, a full blood Choctaw Indian. On this 10th day of January A. D. 1910, came on to be heard in its regular order in the County Court in and for the County of State aforesaid, the petition of ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR, conveying to J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH certain inherited lands as described in said deed and the Petition for approval of same. And the Court, upon investigation, and being fully advised in the premises doth find, that the petitioner herein is a full blood Choctaw Indian, Roll No. 5584 and That NARCISSA BOHANAN, mentioned in said petition for approval of deed, died intestate in what is now Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, leaving her surviving her sisters ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR, petitioner herein and EMMA LUDLOW and MARTIN BOHANAN, a child and only heir of her deceased sister ELIZABETH BOHANAN. That there was allotted to said NARCISSA BOHANAN as a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Indians a full allotment of Tribal land of the Choctaw-Chickasaw Indians. That the petitioner herein inherited an interest in said lands from said NARCISSA BOHANAN, deceased, and therefore has a right under and by virtue of the act of Congress of the United States of America approved by the President of the 27th day of May, 1908, to sell said lands upon the approval of the Judge of the County Court having jurisdiction of the estate of said deceased, and that this Court has jurisdiction of the case at bar. That on the 7th day of January, 1910 petitioner herein executed her warranty deed to J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH, conveying the said lands to said J. C. ARMSTRONG and J. H. WELCH for the consideration of Three Hundred Dollars; that said consideration is fair and adequate, and is satisfactory to all parties concerned. It is therefore, considered, ordered and adjudged by the Court that said deed of conveyance of ALICE ISAACS NEE TAYLOR, conveying the hereinbefore described lands to said J.C. ARMSTRONG and J.H.
