Comes now CICERO I. MURRAY attorney for the petitioner; and respectfully states and shows to the court that petitioner is owner of an undivided interest in and to the following described real estate situate in Latimer and Haskell counties; State of Oklahoma. NW1/4 of SW1/4; and N1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW1/4; Section 34, and the N1/2 of N1/2 of SE1/4; and S1/2 of S1/2 of NE1/4; and N1/2 of NE1/4 of SW1/4; and S1/2 of SE1/4 of NW1/4; Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 19 East, and SW1/4 of SW1/4; and E1/2 of NW1/4 of SW1/4; and NE1/4 of SW1/4; Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 20 East. That certain parties are now in adverse possession of the same and have been for many years and claiming all of the title thereto, and that by reason thereof that a necessity exists for certain suits to be instituted for the recovery of the interests of the parties hereinafter mentioned, and to recover rents due to them; and , that on this date that the owners of said interests have employed CICERO I. MURRAY as their attorney to institute said suits, he to do everything necessary in a legal way to recover the interests of the parties therein, and, that on this date that SIM BOHANAN, GREEN BOHANAN, WILSON BOHANAN, and ANDREW BOHANAN, have made and entered into a contract with the said CICERO I. MURRAY, as their attorney for said purposes, and it is agreed therein that he is to perform said services and to pay all the expenses and court costs incident to said suits, and in the event there is no recovery had for said parties that there will be no charges made for services or expenses therein, and that it is agreed therein that the said attorney shall have as his compensation therefore one-half of all lands, property or money recovered for said parties, entitled to such compensation for such services and expenses. Wherefore, CICERO I. MURRAY, respectfully pray the court to make an order approving said contract entered into by and between said parties as above described in all things. CICERO I. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WESLEY BOHANAN, : DEC.....NO.___________ ORDER APPROVING CONTRACT Now, on this the 9th day of Feb, 1927, comes on for haring before the court the petition of CICERO I. MURRAY, for approval of an attorney’s contract made and entered into by and between SIM BOHANAN, GREEN BOHANAN, WILSON BOHANAN, and ANDREW BOHANAN and CICERO I. MURRAY, bearing the evidence and being fully advised in the premises, finds: That the parties of the first part in said contract are claiming to be owners of certain undivided interests in the lands hereinafter described and that they are owners of same, said lands and premises being at he allotment of WESLEY BOHANAN: deceased, and situate in Latimer and Haskell Counties, Oklahoma to-wit: NW1/4 of SW1/4; and N1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW1/4; Section 34, and the N1/2 of N1/2 of SE1/4; and S1/2 of S1/2 of NE1/4; and N1/2 of NE1/4 of SW1/4; and S1/2 of SE1/4 of NW1/4; Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 19 East, and SW1/4 of SW1/4; and E1/2 of NW1/4 of SW1/4; and NE1/4 of SW1/4; Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 20 East. That a necessity exists for certain suits to be instituted for the recovery of the interest of the parties to said contract by reason of certain parties being in adverse possession of same, and who deny the right of the parties thereto to same. The Court further finds that the contract made and entered into between said parties as above described and covering said lands should be approved in all things. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the above and foregoing described contract which was made and entered into by and between said parties above named covering the above described lands and premises, dated the 26 day of April, 1926, is by the court in all things approved and confirmed.
