SS. In the County Court of said Cunty and State PETITION To the Honorable Judge of the County of Pushmataha Oklahoma. Come your petitioner FRANK LOMAN and respectfully show to the Court: First: That on or about the 20 day of December 1910 ANNA HICKS died intestate, at her home near Rufe in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Okalhoma, and that this Court has jurisdiction in the settlement of the said estate. That the deceased at the time of her death was the owner of all interest in fee simple of certain real estate located in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was alloted to her as a full-blood Choctaw Indian, and that the said real estate so allotted to her is described as follows to-wit NW1/4 of Section (16) and N1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section (16) and W1/2 of NW1/4 of SE 1/4 of Secgtion (16) Township 4S of Range (20) East. and being of the Government appraised value of 530.00 Dollars. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite No 3627. Second: That your petitioner FRANK LOMAN is one of the two heirs, the sole and only surviving heirs at law of the said ANNA HICKS. Your petitioner further show that on the 18th day of Oct. 1911, in the town of Fort Towson, in Choctaw County, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Sisty-five Dollars, cash in hand to him, paid by ARTHUR BOWEN the receipt of which amount is acknowledged, your petitioner executed and delivered to the said ARTHUR BOWEN their certain Warranty Deed, conveying unto the said consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner... WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner...pray that this Court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said ARTHUR BOWEN and in all things to declare the said sale and conveyance legal and valid. FRANK LOMAN being first duly sworn, say that he is the petitioner above named, and that he has read the foregoing petition and know the contents thereof; and that the facts therein set forth are true. In the Matter of the Estate of ANNA HICKS ORDER Now on this day of 1911 come FRANK LOMAN and file and present to the Court his petition, prayin gfor an order of the Court approving and confirming a certain deed of conveyance executed by FRANK LOMAN to ARTHUR BOWEN on the 18th day of October 1911. to the following described real estate, to-wit: NW 1/4 of Section (16) and N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section (16) and W1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE1/4 of Section (16) Township 4S of Range (20) East. and being of the Government appraised value of 530.00 Dollars and the Court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that one FRANK LOMAN a full-blood Choctaw Indian, who appears upon the Roll of Choctaw by blood, opposite Roll No 3628 and a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the 20th day of December 1910 died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which said lands were allotted to ANNA HICKS by the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations, and conveyed to ANNA HICKS by allotment and homestead patent, and that the said ANNA HICKS was at the time of her death the owner of all interest in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that the said petitioner and WILLIAM TILLIS is the two sole and only surviving heirs at law of the said ANNA HICKS deceased. The Court further finds that on the 18 day of October 1911, the said petitioner executed to ARTHUR BOWEN for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and sixty five Dollars, cash in hand, to him paid certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the petitioner, and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable, adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable, adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner; and finds further that the said conveyance of the real estate ot the said ARTHUR BOWEN should be in all things approved and confirmed. IT IS, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the said conveyance of the above described lands by Warranty Deed, dated the 18th day of October, 1911, from the said petitioner to the said ARTHUR BOWEN his heirs and assignes be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid.
