STATE OF OKLAHOMA, PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, } SS. IN COUNTY COURT. In the Matter of the Estate of ELIZABETH IMPSON. PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF FULL BLOOD DEED. To the Honorable GEO. R. CHILDERS, Judge of the County Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma: Now comes your petitioner, MATTIE SIMPTY, and respectfully shows to the Court: That on or about the day of (blank), died intestate at her home near (blank) in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma; that this Court has jurisdiction of the settlement of the said estate; that deceased at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Carter County, Oklahoma, which said real estate was alloted to her as a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Indians, and is described as follows, to-wit: Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 3 South, Range 2 West. That said deceased is enrolled opposite number Choctaw Blood #5226 of the approved final rolls of the Five Civilized Tribes; that your petitioner is an heir of the said allottee above named. Your petitioner further shows that on the 21st day of July 1931, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred & No/100ths Dollars, cash in hand to her paid, the receipt of which amount is hereby acknowledged, she executed and delivered to G. E. GLENDENING her certain Warranty Deed, wherein she conveyed to the said G. E. GLENDENING all her right, title and interest in and to the real estate hereinbefore described, in fee simple; that the consideration in said deed is reasonable, adequate and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. Wherefore, your petitioner prays that the Court make and enter an order approving and confirming said deed. IN COUNTY COURT. In the Matter of the Estate of ELIZABETH IMPSON. ORDER APPROVING FULL BLOOD DEED. Now on this 4th day of August 1931, same being one of the days heretofore designated by this Court for the approval of deeds by full blood Indians to inherit land, under the laws of this State, there comes on for hearing in Open Court the petition of MATTIE SIMPTY and filed in this Court, praying for an order of the Court, approving her warranty deed, dated 21st day of July 1931, wherein she conveyed to G. E. GLENDENING all her right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate located in Carter County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 3 South, Range 2 West. And the Court upon the consideration of said petition, the petitioner appearing in person in open Court, and no person appearing in opposition to said petition, from the testimony given in said cause by disinterested persons, and being fully advised in the premises, and the U. S. Probate attorney being present and not objecting to the granting of said petition and the approval of said deed, the court finds that ELIZABETH IMPSON a full-blood Choctaw Indian, duly enrolled on the approved final roll of Choctaw Indians by blood, opposite number Choctaw Blood #5226, died at her home near Moyers in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, on or about the 16 day of February 1916, that deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma; that this Court has jurisdiction of the settlement of said estate; that at the time of her death she was the owner of the lands above described; that the said petitioner is an heir of the said deceased and inherited an interest in and to the above described lands, which she now owns, that on the 21th day of July 1931 said petitioner MATTIE SIMPTY executed to G. E. GLENDENING her certain warranty deed wherein she conveyed to the said G. E. GLENDENING all her right, title and interest in and to said land, for the consideration of One Hundred & No/100ths DOLLARS, which appears to the Court to be a fair, reasonable and adequate price for said land and wholly satisfactory to the petitioner. IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said deed from the said MATTIE SIMPTY to the said G. E. GLENDENING, his heir and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all things approved. Signed by: GEO. R. CHILDERES.
