THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, COUNTY OF PUSHMATAHA} SS In the County Court of Said County and State. In the Matter of the Estate of JINCY IMPSON, Deceased. PETITION. To the Honorable L. P. Davenport, Judge of the County of Pushmataha, Oklahoma: Come your petitioner WILLIAM IMPSON respectfully show to the Court: First: That on or about the January 1903, JINCY IMPSON died intestate, at her home near Antlers, or Jumbo, Oklahoma in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and that this Court has jurisdiction in the settlement of the said estate. That deceased at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Pushmataha and Choctaw County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was allotted to her as a full blood Choctaw Indian, and that the said real estate so allotted to her is decribed as follows, to-wit: The West half of Section Thirty-four (34) Township One South, Range Fifteen (15) East. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite Roll No. #5195. Second: That your petitioner is the father of the said JINCY IMPSON, and as such inherited a life estate in the above described lands; petitioner has an allotment of his own and represents to the Court it is necessary to sell his said interest to obtain funds for his own subsistence and the improvement of his estate. Your petitioner further shows that on the 23rd day of March 1910 in the town of Antlers in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars cash in hand to him paid by L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS the receipt of which amount is acknowledged, your petitioner executed and delivered to the said his certain Warranty Deed, conveying unto the said L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS, the real estate above decribed, in fee simple. That the consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner prays that this Court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS and in all things to declare the said sale and conveyance legal and valid. In the County Court of Said County and State. In the Matter of the Estate of JINCY IMPSON, Deceased. ORDER. Now on this the 23rd day of March 1910 comes WILLIAM IMPSON and files and presents to the Court his petition, praying for an order of the Court approving and confirming a certain deed of conveyance executed by him to L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS on the 23rd day of March 1910, to the following described real estate, to wit: The West half of Section Thirty-four (34) Township One South, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian. And the Court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that one JINCY IMPSON, a full-blood Choctaw Indian, who appears upon the Roll of Choctaws by blood, opposite Roll No. #5195 and a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the (blank) day of October 1903, died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which said lands were allotted to her by the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and conveyed to her by allotment and homestead patent, and that the said JINCY IMPSON was at the time of her death the owner, in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that the said petitioner was the father of the said JINCY IMPSON and as such inherited a life estate in the said lands and that it is to his best interest that said life estate be sold. The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of March 1910, the said petitioners executed to L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, cash in hand, to him paid, a certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the said petitioners, and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner and finds further that the said conveyance of the said real estate to the said L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS should be in all things approved and confirmed. It is, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, That the said conveyance of the said above described lands by Warranty Deed dated the 23rd day of March 1910 from the said petitioners to the said L. SILVERMAN and WM. SILVERMAN and J. H. JENKINS, their heirs and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid. Dated this the 23rd day of March 1910, at Antlers, County of Pushmataha, Oklahoma. Signed by L. P.
