In the County Court of Said County and State. In the Matter of the Estate of Melvina Impson, Deceased. ORDER. Now on this the 19th day of April 1911 come Ida Johns nee Anderson and her husband Paul Johns and file and present to the Court their petition, praying for an order of the Court approving and confirming deed of conveyance executed by them to Isaac J. Impson on the 19th day of April 1911, to the following described real estate, to wit: An undivided one fourth interest in and to the E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and Lot 1 of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 15 East and the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 15 East, and the W 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian. And the Court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that one Melvina Impson, a full-blood Choctaw Indian, who appears upon the Roll of Choctaws by blood, opposite Roll No. #13460 and a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the 11th day of February 1911, died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which said lands were allotted to her by the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and conveyed to her by allotment and homestead patent, and that the said Melivna Impson was at the time of her death the owner, in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that the petitioner Ida Johns nee Anderson is a daughter of said Melvina Impson by a marriage prior to her marriage to Isaac J. Impson and is the only issue of said deceedent, except Ammizon B. Impson and Harriet Impson. The Court further finds that on the 19th day of April 1911, the said petitioners executed to Isaac J. Impson, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, cash in hand, to them paid, and the one fourth of the indebtedness of the said Melvina Impson's estate, certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the said petitioners, and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner and finds further that the said conveyance of the said real estate to the said Isaac J. Impson should be in all things approved and confirmed. It is, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, That the said conveyance of the said above described lands by Warranty Deed dated the 19th day of April 1911 from the said petitioners to the said Issac J. Impson, heirs and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid. Davenport, Judge of the County of Pushmataha, Oklahoma: Come your petitioner Ida Johns nee Anderson and her husband Paul Johns and respectfully show to the Court: First. That on or about the 11th day of February 1911, Melvina Impson died intestate, at her home near Jumbo in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and that this Court has jurisdication in the settlement of the said estate. That deceased at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was allotted to her as a full blood Choctaw Indian, and that the said real estate so allotted to her is described as follows, to wit: An undivided one fourth interest in and to the E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and Lot 1 of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 15 East and the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 15 East, and the W 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite Roll No. #13460. Second. That your petitioner is the daughter of said Melvina Impson of a marriage prior to her marriage to Isaac J. Impson, and is the only issue of said deceedent except Ammizon B. Impson and Harriet Impson. Your petitioner further show that on the 19th day of April 1911 in the town of Antlers in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars cash in hand to them paid by Isaac J. Impson the receipt of which amount is acknowledged, and the further consideration of the assuming of one fourth of the indebtedness of said deceedents estate, your petitioners executed and delivered to the said Isaac J. Impson an undivided one fourth interest in and to the real estate above described, in fee simple. That the consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioners. WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioners pray that this Court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said Isaac J.
