That on or about the 20th day of October, 1906 the said JINCY IMPSON departed this life intestate at her home near Jumbo in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma; that said JINCY IMPSON was a resident of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma and had lived in said County and State for all of her life; that this Court has jurisdiction over the settlement of the estate of said JINCY IMPSON, deceased, and that Letters of Administration upon the estate of said deceased were issued out of this Court of the 17th day of October, 1908. That said JINCY IMPSON died without a Will, leaving no husband and no issue and leaving as her heirs at Law her father, WILLIAM IMPSON, petitioner herein and her brothers and sisters, ALBERT, LOUIS and MAGGIE IMPSON, and none other. That said JINCY IMPSON died seized of an estate of inheritance in fee simple in and to the following described lands: All of the West half of Section Thirty-four (34) Township One (1) South, Range Fifteen (15) East and situated in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That upon the death of said JINCY IMPSON said lands descended in fee to her father, WILLIAM IMPSON, petitioner herein, and her brothers and sister, ALBERT, LOUIS and MAGGIE IMPSON. That on the 15th day of July, 1912, in the town of Antlers your petitioner sold his interest in the above described lands, subject to the approval of this Court, BLANCHE JENKINS and L. SILVERMAN for the price and sum of One Thousand and Fifty Dollars; that petitioner has executed to said BLANCHE JENKINS and L. SILVERMAN, their heirs and assigns, a Warranty Deed, conveying said above described lands, a copy of which deed is hereto attached and made a part hereof; that petitioner believes said consideration to be reasonable and adequate and the fair value of said land; that the transaction is entirely satisfactory to him and he desires to consummate the same with the permission of this Court. WHEREFORE Petitioner prays the Court to enter its order ratifying, confirming and approving said sale and declaring his deed to the said BLANCHE JENKINS and L. SILVERMAN, their heirs and assigns, conveying certain lands hereinafter described, inherited by him from JINCY IMPSON, deceased, and said petitioner appearing in person and said BLANCHE JENKINS and L. SILVERMAN appearing and paying into court for said petitioner the purchase price of said lands and the Court having examined and considered said deed and petitioner and having heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises finds the facts to be as in said petition set out, to-wit: That said WILLIAM IMPSON is a citizen by blood of the Choctaw Nation, enrolled opposite No. #5193, as of the ful blood; that he is the surviving father of JINCY IMPSON, deceased. SILVERMAN, their heirs and assigns, a Warranty Deed conveying to said purchasers said above described lands, a copy of which deed is attached to the petition; that petitioner has testified he believes said consideration to be reasonable and adequate and the fair value of said lands and that the transaction is in all things satisfactory and agreeable to him and has prayed the Court to permit him to consummate said sale and to enter its order approving said deed. Now Therefore it is hereby Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the said deed of conveyance from said WILLIAM IMPSON to BLANCHE JENKINS and L. SILVERMAN, their heirs and assigns, conveying the lands hereinabove described, being the allotment of JINCY IMPSON, deceased, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed and in all things declared legal, valid and binding.
