DAVENPORT, County Judge. THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, COUNTY OF PUSHMATAHA} SS In the County Court of Said County and State. PETITION. To the Honorable L. P. Davenport, Judge of the County of Pushmataha, Oklahoma: Come your petitioner FELIX NOATABBE respectfully show to the Court: First: That on or about the 25th day of August 1909, ELIZABETH IMPSON died intestate, at her home near Zoraya in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. That the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and that this Court has jurisdiction in the settlement of the said estate. That deceased at the time of her death was the owner in fee simple of certain real estate located in Choctaw County, State of Oklahoma, which said real estate was allotted to her as a full blood Choctaw Indian, and that the said real estate so allotted to her is decribed as follows, to-wit: Lot Two (2) Sec. 1, Township 5 South Range 19 East. S. W. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 of Sec. 1, Township 5, South Range 19 East. Containing 80 and 24/100 Acres more or less. That said deceased appears on the Choctaw Roll by blood, opposite Roll No. #5226. Second: That your petitioner FELIX NOATABBE is the husband of the deceased, ELIZABETH IMPSON. Your petitioner further shows that on the (blank?) day of January 1910 in the town of Antlers in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars cash in hand to him paid by GAYLORD B. WILCOX the receipt of which amount is acknowledged, your petitioner executed and delivered to the said GAYLORD R. WILCOX, a certain Warranty Deed, conveying unto the said GAYLORD R. WILCOX, the real estate above decribed, in fee simple. That the consideration of the said deed is reasonable, adequate, and in all things satisfactory to your petitioner. WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner prays that this Court enter its order confirming and approving the said conveyance to the said GAYLORD R. In the Matter of the Estate of ELIZABETH IMPSON, Deceased. ORDER. Now on this the 8th day of February 1910 comes FELIX NOATABBE and files and presents to the Court his petition, praying for an order of the Court approving and confirming a certain deed of conveyance executed by him to GAYLORD R. WILCOX on the 28th day of January 1910, to the following described real estate, to wit: Lot Two (2) Section 1, Township 5 South Range 19 East and the S. W. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 of Sec. 1, Township 5, South Range 19 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian and containing 80 and 24/100 Acres more or less, and situated in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. And the Court upon consideration of said petition, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that one ELIZABETH IMPSON, a full-blood Choctaw Indian, who appears upon the Roll of Choctaws by blood, opposite Roll No. #5226 and a resident of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the 25th day of August 1909, died intestate, seized of the lands above described, which said lands were allotted to her by the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and conveyed to her by allotment and homestead patent, and that the said ELIZABETH IMPSON was at the time of her death the owner, in fee simple, of the above described lands. And the Court further finds that the said petitioner is the husband of the said ELIZABETH IMPSON, Deceased. The Court further finds that on the28th day of January 1910, the said petitioners executed to GAYLORD R. WILCOX, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty and No/100 Dollars, cash in hand, to him paid, his certain Warranty Deed to the said above described real estate. The Court further finds that the deed was duly signed and acknowledged by the said petitioners, and that the consideration for the said deed is fully paid, and that the same is reasonable adequate, and wholly satisfactory to the said petitioner and finds further that the said conveyance of the said real estate to the said GAYLORD R. WILCOX should be in all things approved and confirmed. It is, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, That the said conveyance of the said above described lands by Warranty Deed dated the 28th day of January 1910 from the said petitioners to the said GAYLORD R. WILCOX, his heirs and assigns, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, and declared legal and valid. Dated this the 8th day of February 1910, at Antlers, County of Pushmataha, Oklahoma. Signed by L. P.
