All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== "Push County Times", August 7, 2001, Page 5 CORA PAULINE ALLEN SERVICES HELD Cora Pauline Allen was born on February 14, 1909 in Arkansas and passed away on July 26, 2001 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years. Pauline moved to Oklahoma from Arkansas at the age of 3. She has lived in Pushmataha County since 1954 until recently when she moved to the Christian Retirement Village in Chickasha. Pauline attended the Christ Church at Nashoba and was a member of the Nashoba Home Demonstration Club. Her hobbies included working puzzles, visiting with her friends and family, and spending countless hours at the local nursing homes. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons: Cecil (C. L.) Allen and wife Ruby of Napa, California and Jim Allen and wife Stella of Chickasha, Oklahoma; daughters: Pauline Connally and husband Cullen (Bill) of Anadarko, Oklahoma and Eva Nell Fallis of Seminole, Oklahoma. 1 brother: Wodrow Clary of Shreveport, Louisiana; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Mary Clary; her husband: Ed Allen; one son: Aaron Allen; one daughter: Edna Hammen; grandson: Lloyd Hammen; sisters: Cuma Pinnoak and Cleo Dorton and brothers: Neal and Burford Clary. Funeral services were held Monday, July 30, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mills-Coffey Chapel with Reverend Gary Layman officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Dennis Connally, Ed Lemmings, Edward Allen, Kenneth Allen, James Allen, Nick Allen, Brian Connally, James G. McGuinnis.
