BILLY, Barbara Ann 

Barbara Ann BILLY of Rattan, Oklahoma, died at the age of 37 at 
Pushmataha Hospital. She was born at Spencerville, Oklahoma, 
June 20, 1952. She had lived in this area all her life. Surviving 
relatives include her husband, Delton; one son, Darrell; two 
daughters, Theresa and Lisa; one grandchild, Kyle; one brother, 
Ross; five sisters, Oma, Donna, Connie, Billie and Becky; her 
mother, Jewell; and a grandfather, Anderson. Sevices were held 
in the Rattan Gymnasium with interment following at the Rattan 
Cemetery .
