All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== "Push County Times", March 20, 2001, Page 7 ETHEL ROSE (MILLER) BOLIN SERVICE HELD Area resident Ethel Rose (Miller) Bolin passed away Saturday, March 17, 2001 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 95 years. Ethel born November 20, 1905 at Finley, Oklahoma to W.D. (Button) Miller and Belle (Hynson) Miller. She was a pioneer resident of Pushmataha county and lived in the Finley/Antlers area all her life. She left the area only long enough to get her teaching certificate, then returned to teach in the communities she loved. Ethel was a member of the Kiamichi Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of the E.K.G. (a teacher sorority). She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Terry Miller and Jerry Miller; sisters: Mable (Miller) Hay and Maureen (Miller) Silverman. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 20, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Finley Church of Christ with Michael Ward officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Bob Duncan, Don Morris, Jack Helm, Raymond Lough, Robert Tucker, and Ed Wallace. Honorary pallbearers included: Joe Stamper, Leo Smallwood, Alvin Morris, Tommy Smith, Claude Savage, W.N. Franks, Raymond Forsythe, Nick Giacomo, Leonard McDonald.
