All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== "Push County Times", April 3, 2001, Page 5 REBA BOYERS SERVICE HELD Former Antlers resident, Reba Boyers, age 88, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2001 at Madill, Oklahoma. Mrs. Boyers was born January 27, 1913 in Altus, Oklahoma the daughter of Luther and Bessie "Dudley" Bush. She worked as a seamstress for over fifty years in different specialty shops. She had lived much of her life in New Mexico, Texas, and Arkansas before moving to the Antlers area about 25 years ago. She was a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge where she served as a doe; she also served in the Rebecca's at the Odd Fellows Lodge; she was a member of the Little Axe First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eddie Savage, her second husband, Wayne Boyers, two daughters: Baby girl Savage and Owene Reeves in 1957; one son: DeLoy Savage in 1985; two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by: two sons: Dudley Savage of Kingston, Oklahoma and Max Savage of Antlers, Oklahoma; Eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 31, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Antlers, Oklahoma with Reverend Sam Dyer officiating. Burial took place at the Odd Fellows Cemetery under the direction of Mt.
