All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== "Push County Times", March 6, 2001, Page 7 ROBERT EARL "ROB" CATHER SERVICE HELD Robert Earl "Rob" Cather was born on March 23, 1945 in Antlers, Oklahoma and passed away on February 26, 2001 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years. Rob was a lifelong resident of Antlers and a member of the First Baptist Church. He always enjoyed waking early to drink coffee and start breakfast. Rob practiced "early to bed and early to rise". He was up at 4:00 a.m. and to bed by about 6:00 p.m. His pastimes were fishing and watching TV. He is survived by his father: Joe J. Cather of the home in Antlers, Okla.; 4 brothers: Billy J. Cather of Olympia, WA.; Dillard Cather of Antlers, Okla.; James M. Cather of Plano, Texas; Loyd C. Cather of Antlers, Okla. and numerous nieces and nephews. Rob was preceded in death by his mother: Helen Cather and sister: Mary Jenke. Funeral services were held Friday, March 2, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Reverend Sam Dyer officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Otis Gunter, Bryan Cather, Charles Turner, Dustin Trent, Shane Swindell, and Dewey Hatcher. Honorary pallbearers included: Neil Hyde, Chuck Watrous, Laning Ishmael, and Otis Martin.
