DAVID WAYNE DILLISHAW SERVICES HELD David Wayne Dillishaw was born on March 31, 1960 in Talihina, Oklahoma and passed away on March 5, 2002 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 41 years. David was a lifelong resident of Antlers and attended the Family Worship Center. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting in his leisure time. He was preceded in death by his father: Clarence Ivory Dillishaw; 1 brother: Clarence Ray "Pete" Dillishaw; and 2 sisters: Barbara Price and Iva Jean Brown. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother: Betty Jane Dillishaw of Antlers, Oklahoma; 1 daughter: Jennifer Bell Dillishaw; 5 brothers: Jackie Lee Dillishaw; Ricky Lynn Dillishaw and wife Ruthie; Gary Allen Dillishaw and wife Diana; Michael Scott Dillishaw all of Antlers and Steven Duane Dillishaw and wife Jeannie of Rattan; 3 sisters: Phyllis Ann Hayes and husband Andy of Antlers, Linda Kay Dillishaw of Rattan, and Janet Sue Cole and husband Larry of Antlers, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 11, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mills Coffey Chapel with Reverend Andy Reed officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Mike Lynn, Jeff Rees, Scotty Wayman, Jimmy Freeman, LeRoy Garman and Keith Vaughn. Honorary pallbearers included Chad Conley, Larry Cole and Robert Muller.
