Mrs. Giles has been a resident of the Antlers area for the past 26 years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading. She is survived by her mother, Opal Middlebrook of Antlers, Oklahoma; her husband, Richard L. Giles of the home in Antlers, Oklahoma; four children: Mile Giles and wife Sue of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Tracy Ewing and husband Matt of Bulverde, Texas; LeAnn Rees and husband Tim of Antlers, Oklahoma; and adopted son: Jeff Rees of Antlers, Oklahoma; two brothers: Don Colley of Bell Gardens, California and Bill Colley of Long Beach, California; two sisters: Shirley Lowinger of Whittier, California; and Patsy Bersuch of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father: Carl Colley. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Father John Marquardt officiating. Pallbearers include are: Tim Rees, Williard Chapman, Jeff Rees, Travis Ewing, Curtis Ewing and Jack Davis. Burial will take place at the Rattan Cemetery under the direction of Mills-Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma. ---------------------------------
