She was born to Raymond Clifford and Frances Irene "Della" (REMBER) PRYOR on July 6, 1928 in Miller, Oklahoma. Tennie lived in the Antlers area all her life. She was a homemaker/housewife who was active in the community and enjoyed helping others, as was shown by her volunteer work with Kiamichi Opportunities, The Antlers Public Library, the OSU Extension Office, and in children's day cares. She loved to fish and quilt in her spare time. Mrs. HENDERSON is survived by her husband, Dan Henderson of Antlers, Oklahoma; 4 sons: James Ray Henderson of Hutchison, Kansas; Daniel Lee Henderson of Antlers, Oklahoma; Terry Jay Henderson of Blossom, Texas; and Samuel Wayne Henderson of Kiowa, Oklahoma; 4 daughters: Donna Faye McBRIDE of Antlers, Oklahoma; Eva Eulane MUELLER of Finley, Oklahoma; Brenda Loraine Henderson of Hugo, Oklahoma; and Sherry Kim DEES of Clayton, Oklahoma; 4 sisters: Billie SMITH of Andover, Kansas; Vada LEEP of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; Sue GUALT of Ash Flat, Arkansas; and Rosamond MAY of Antlers, Oklahoma; 3 brothers: E. J. Pryor, Floyd Pryor, and Ray Pryor, all of Antlers, Oklahoma; 27 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister: Annie MINTON, and infant triplet siblings: 2 boys and 1 girl. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. in the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Reverend Andy REED officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Tommy BERKEY, Jack MATTHEWS, Mike WOOD, Don COLLINS, Randy MAYES, and Patrick WILLIAMS. Honorary pallbearers included: Hal NORED, Frank REMBER, and Mike MAY. Burial was held at the Jumbo Cemetery under the direction of Mills & Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
