Mahan, an Antlers resident who died at the Pushmataha Hospital Sunday at the age of 86. He was born May 27, 1897 at West Plains, Missouri and had lived in this area since 1930 moving here from Ponca City. He was a retired steam fitter and veteran of World War I. Survivors include 2 sisters: Virgie King of Kay, Oklahoma and Ruby Nealy of Siloam Springs. Services were held at the Mills-Coffey Chapel with Charlie Martin officiating. Burial was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery under the direction of Mills-Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
