Mrs. Meyer, 82, of Grants Pass died Sunday (Feb. 16, 2003) at Royale Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass. She was born March 28, 1920, in Antlers, Okla., to Ed and Zula Nabors. On June 12, 1937, in Oklahoma City, she married Elwin Jackson, and they moved to San Diego. In 1951, they moved to Southern Oregon and lived in Evans Valley, Rogue River and Grants Pass. Mr. Jackson died in 1965. In 1969, in Reno, Nev., she married Rollo Meyer, who survives. Mrs. Meyer was a housekeeper for the Grants Pass Clinic for many years. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a son Edward Jackson, Coos Bay; a daughter, Barbara Chadwick, Central Point; two stepsons Ken Meyer, Gresham, and George Meyer, Medford; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great- great- granddaughter.
