HAZEL SIPES SERVICES HELD Hazel Sipes was born on November 1, 1909 in Akins, Oklahoma and passed away on November 17, 2001 in Antlers, Oklahoma at 92 years of age. She was survived by her husband John E. Sipes of Antlers; 3 daughters: Dorothy Mae Pollack of Antlers, Oklahoma; Edith Lou Brothers of Dallas, Texas; and Madeline Carol Beaton of Gillham, Arkansas; 1 brother: Perry Ben Morton of Antlers, Oklahoma; 2 sisters: Minnie Adams of Lane, Oklahoma and Lois Elkins; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Eligah and Ida Morton; and 4 brothers, Fred Henry, Richard and Bob Morton. Funeral services was held on Monday, November 19, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Reverend Andy Reed officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Ronnie Pollock, Larry Brothers, Bobby Beaton, Michael Brothers, Jason Beaton, and Ryan Beaton. She was laid to her final resting place at Antlers City Cemetery under the direction of Mills & Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma. ---------------------------------------
