Hospital in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years. Eunice was a lifelong resident of Antlers and a member of the Glory Hill Assembly of God Church at Finley, Oklahoma. She was a restaurant manager and enjoyed spending time watching boys sports and music, playing her mandalon and singing. She also enjoyed being with her children, especially at Christmas time. She loved flower gardening and hummingbirds. Eunice is survived by her ex-husband: James Moon of Antlers; 3 sons: Ricky G. Swift and wife Joyce of McKinney, Tx.; Rodney A. Swift of McKinney, Tx. and David L. Swift of Antlers. 1 daughter, Debbie E. Swift of Antlers; 2 brothers: Bill Allen of Oklahoma City and Ralph Allen of Antlers; 3 grandchildren: Yancy Swift and Carissa Swift of Cloudcroft, New Mexico , and Andrew Swift of McAlester; 2 step-grandchildren: Leslie Evans and Cody Hutchens, both of McKinney, Tx. She is preceded in death by her parents: Staley and Dovie (Carter) Allen. Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 15, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Glory Hill Assembly of God Church with Pastor Larry Womack officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Dale Carter, Herman Carter, Elbert Vernelte, Bob VanMeter, Donnie Felihkatubbee. Burial took place at the Finley Cemetery under the direction of Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Antlers, Oklahoma.
