Mrs. Stewart was a lifelong resident of Antlers. She was of the Pentecostal-Full Gospel Faith and enjoyed reading, raising flowers, and crafts. She is survived by 4 sons: Lonnie C. Ratliff of Nashville, Tennessee; Jerry D. Ratliff of Atoka, Okla.; Gary W. Ratliff of Muskogee, Okla.; and Tony G. Ratliff of Antlers, Okla.; 2 daughters: Shirley A. Begley of Antlers, Okla.; and Kimberly D. Cooper of Muskogee, Okla.; 3 brothers: Harry J. Weaver of Liberty, Texas; Leo Weaver of Muskogee, Okla.; and Kenneth R. Weaver of Farris, Okla.; 1 sister: Billie Rachel Webb of Amarillo, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her parents: Willie and Sadie Lee (Rogers) Weaver, her husband: Gene Stewart and 1 son: Chester A. Ratliff. Graveside funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 6, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Don Burcham officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Scott Owens, Brad Owens, Brian Ratliff, Ricky Cooper, James Cooper, Kevin Cooper. Honorary pallbearers were: James Owens, Don Owens, B.B. Owens, Artie Graham, Walter Webb, and Gabe Winters. Burial was held at the Darwin Cemetery under the direction of Mills-Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma. _________________________________________________________________
