(STORIE) UPCHURCH SERVICES HELD Juanita L. (Storie) Upchurch was born September 11, 1925 in Jumbo, Oklahoma and passed away on March 6, 2002 in Paris, Texas at 75 years of age. Juanita was lifelong resident of Pushmataha County. She was preceded in death by her father George F. Morris, her 1st husband R. L. Storie and one brother, Lynn Morris. She is survived by her mother, Mamie Morris of Kimberling, Missouri, her husband Adam Upchurch of Antlers, Oklahoma, four sons: Robert Storie and wife Jo Ann of Wister, Oklahoma; Donald Storie and wife Doris of Roy, Washington; Dale Storie and wife Linda of Finley, Oklahoma and Jerry Storie and wife Kathy of Finley, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind two daughters: Gale Vaughn and husband Verlin of Blossom, Texas and Glenda Goins and husband Jerry of Diboll, Texas; one brother Johnnie Morris of Lampe, Missouri; four sisters: Maureen Heath of Antlers, Oklahoma; Christine Storie of Fiddletown, California; Diane Willis of Dallas, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins including Bert Wren of Finley, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held Friday, March 8, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mills Coffey Chapel with Reverend Andy Reed officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Travis Vaughn, Nathan Williams, Kristopher Storie, Bret Anderson, Danny Gregg and Rusty Gregg. Honorary pallbearers included: Sean Storie, Paul Williams, Jerry Pool, Mike Duncan, Tony Anderson and Claude Savage. She was laid to rest at the Finley Cemetery under the direction of Mills-Coffey Funeral Home in Antlers, Oklahoma. _____________________________________
