Vinnie Mae "Viney" was born on October 11, 1910 in Nashoba, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ben and Martha L. (Musgrave) Frazier. She was Homemaker and longtime resident of this area. Ahe had worked farming and in the cotton fields in California and Arizon, but Pushmataha County, Oklahoma was always home. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking and especially going to Choctaw Nation Senior Citizens. Mrs. Watts is survived by 1 son: Winford "Sonny" Watts of Rattan, Okla.; 1 daughter: Velma Dean Seymour of Wanette, Okla.; 1 brother: Ed Frazier of Rattan, Okla.; and 1 sister: Thelma Frazier-Martin of Oregan as well as many grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and close family and friends that she dearly love. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Flim Watts; daughter: Dorothy Merlene Smithson, and 4 brothers: Lee Frazier, Wesley Frazier, Ruffus Frazier, and Ray Frazier. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 12, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Assembly of God with Reverend Kent Jensen and Reverend Don Bercham officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Sam Watts, Eugene Watts, Randy Watts, Paul Watts, Walter Watts, and Carl Hendrick. She was laid to her final resting place in Rattan Cemetery under the direction of Mills & Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
