ROGER MILLS COUNTY       (IN PROBATE COURT)


       In the matter of the guardianship of Eli Clinesmith a demented person, 
Order the Judge of Probate of the County Of Roger Mills makes and records 
the summary statement and of the account of W. F. Rutherford Guardian of
Eli Clinesmith a demented person and deceased, as allowed and settled by
the said Probate Court.

                                      The Debit Of Said Account

Whole Amount of personal property belonging to said Ward        $120.00
Rents  and profits of said estate
           $10.00
Received on sale of personal property
     $55.00


                                        The Credit Side
For Medicine and Merchandise
   $55.10
Doctors Bill
                   $3.50

Balance
                    $58.63

On this the 19th day of January 1904 the above Guardian W. F. Rutherford 
presented the above final account as Guardian and stating and testifying
that his said Ward Eli Clinesmith is dead and that there is no longer a
need of a Guardian, his wife Sarah Clinesmith having become heir to his
property. Said W.F. Rutherford also states he has paid over and accounted
to Mrs Sarah Clinesmith for the remainer of  $51.63.
Wherefore he ask that he be discharged.
And it appearing that the Guardian has fully accounted for all property 
received into his possession. It is therefore ordered that his account be
approved and that he be discharged.

I W. F. Rutherford Guardian being duly sworn deposes and says that the 
foregoing statement and account is correct to the best of my knowledge.
