KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,                       FILED MAY 26 1903

                 CASE 10A

 That We W. F. Rutherford,  as principle, J. M. Cassady and A. O. Miller as 
sureties, all of the County Roger Mills, in the Territory Of Oklahoma, are
held and firmly bound unto Eli Clinesmith, ward, in the penal sum of One
Hundred and Fifty Dollars $150.00 Dollars
For the payment of which , well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our 
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, jointly,severally, and
firmly by these presents.
                                                   Witness Our Hands this 26th
day of  May A.D. 1903
 THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the above bounden W.F.
Rutherford, who has been appointed by the Probate Court of Roger Mills County,
Territory Of Oklahoma, Guardian of the person and property of Eli Clinesmith, 
Ward
Shall faithfuly execute the duties of his trust as such guardian, according to
law, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to be and remain in full force
and effect.

I, J. M. Casady of lawful age, being duly sworn, on oath, say that I am one of
the sureties above named, that I am a householder and resident within the 
County Of Roger Mills, and Territory of Oklahoma and that I am worth the
sum of $150.00, dollars, over and above my debts, liabilities, exclusive
of property exempt from execution. So Help Me God
