IN THE NAME OF THE TERRITORY OF OKLAHOMA, TO ALL TO WHOM PRESENTS SHALL COME; 
GREETINGS:

 Know Ye, that  Eli Clinesmith
Having been adjudged mentally incompetent and unable to manage his estate, by 
the Probate Court of said Roger Mills County, Oklahoma Territory, on the 
petition of W.F. Rutherford, he W.F. Rutherford is hereby appointed and 
commissioned by the Probate Court of said County as Guardian of the person
and property of said Eli Clinesmith
Until he be legally adjusted to be competent and able to care his person and 
property, or until it is otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction,
in accordance with the decree of this Court, dated the 26th day of May 1903 A.D
.

 With the seal of Probate Court of Roger Mills County Oklahoma Territory hereto
 affixed at his office in Cheyenne in said County this 26th day of May 1903 A.D

I  W F Rutherford do solemnly swear, that I will support the Constition of the
United States and Organic Act organizing the Territory of Oklahoma, and that I
will discharge all and singular the duties of  Guardian of the person and estate 
of the above named Eli Clinesmith according to the tenor and effect of the 
accompanying bond, and according to law, to the best of my knowledge and ability.
