Mounts Register of Deeds THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA To All To Whom These Presents Shall Come, Greetings: Homestead Certificate No G884 WHEREAS, There has been deposited in Application 15510 the General Land Office of the United States a Certificate of the Register of The Land Office at Mangum Oklahoma Whereby it appears pursuant to the Act Of Congress approved 20th of May 1862 To Secure Homesteads To Actual Settlers On The Public Domain, and the acts sulpplemental thereto, the claim of the Heirs of Eli Clinesmith has been established and duly consumated, in conformity to law for the: Southeast Quarter of section twenty five in Township thirteen North of Range twenty Four West of Indian Meridian in Oklahoma containing one hundred and sixty acres, According to the Official Plat of the survey of the said land, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General. NOW KNOW YE, That there is , therefore granted by the United States unto the said Heirs of Eli Clinesmith the tract of land above sdescribed, to have and to hold the said tract of land with the appurenances thereof, unto the said Heirs of Eli Clinesmith and to their heirs and assings forever.
