Wayne Ivey, Rev. Gayland Hendrickson and Rev. Dean Anderson officiating. Burial was in the Red Hill Cemetery at Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Survivors include her husband Dr. William P. Ashworth of the home, twin daughters Mrs. Linda Henderickson of Rapids, Wisconsin and Mrs. Leta Anderson of Des Moines, Iowa, two sons, James Ashworth of Santa Ana, California and Donald Ashworth of Justice, Illinois; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Orgain of Redmond, Oregon and a brother Glen Spillman of Pinesville, Oregon, two grandchildren, and her mother- in-law, Mrs. Minnie Ashworth of Hammon, Oklahoma.
