He passed away March 2, 1961 at the Fort Supply hospital. He resided in Missouri a few years after moving from Kentucky with his parents, later moving to Oklahoma in 1905, where he resided with his father, one sister and one brother for a number of years, and then alone since he was a bachelor for several years when he became ill and was taken to Fort Sup-ply in 1946 where he resided until his death. He was kind and cheerful patient, who helped out in his ward for a number of years, until ill health caused him to be less active. When he visisted other patients ti was mainly to help and cheer them. He leaves to mourn his passing one sister, Mrs. Ermine Turbyfill and a host of other relatives and friends.
