She came to Oklahoma after both her parents died to live with an aunt at Sweetwater, then later lived with the Bill Riddle family at Canute, Oklahoma. She was married to Fred Aderholt December 23, 1923 at Cheyenne. To this union was born one son Jack and one daughter Billa Lucas of Crawford. She was converted and joned the Methodist Church at the age of 15. She later united with the Baptist Church after moving in the Roll community. At the time of her death she was a member of the Crawford Magnolia Church. Lorene taught school a number of years at Breezy Meadow, Roll, Pie Flat, Carnegie and Strong City. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Fred, one daughter Brilla Lucas, of Crawford, two grandchildren,Frank and Julie lucas, one son-in-law Ike Lucas, one sister-in-law Ethel McClellan and one brother-in-law, Walter. A number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents in 1905 and 1906 and a son Jack on December, 1949, a granddaughter Carol Lucas, June 5, 1961.
